With an attitude of Safety first we must look after People; they must work without risk of injury and return home the way they arrived.
Property – we must ensure nothing is damaged on site and that care and attention is used including using the right cleaning products on surfaces.
Premises – it’s our responsibility to be trusted to lock up and secure the site when leaving so that it’s not at risk.
To be positive ambassadors for each other and the company, we look for opportunities of how we can assist and solve clients’ problems even via referring them to do business with our network.
We provide encouragement to our team and believe ‘Good People bring out the good in other people.’
‘Ordinary things consistently done Produce extraordinary results’.
None of us got to where we are alone. Whether the assistance we received was obvious or subtle, acknowledging someone’s help is a big part of understanding the importance of saying thank you.
– Harvey Mackay
Acknowledgement and celebration are essential to fuelling passion, making people feel valid and valuable, ang giving the team a real sense of progress that makes it all worthwhile
– Dwight Frindt
Sometimes the tasks we do and the effort we put into a job goes unnoticed; common experience is that clients notice what cleaners have missed, so we also look out for the opportunity to praise and acknowledge the good work our team does.
We believe that when employees know their hard work is appreciated and recognised, they feel that their work is valued. And this motivates them to maintain and improve their great performance.
When we are doing our self-audits, we look for ways to improve and remedy areas of cleaning on site for the one or two areas that we notice can be done better; we can often forget to appreciate the 100 other areas that are done well. Being that this happens, we enjoy also giving appreciation and recognition of all the good that the team does.
Did you know that more than 35% of employees consider lack of recognition of their work as the biggest hindrance to their productivity and 66% of employees leave their job because of a lack of appreciation?
Appreciation improves productivity, team engagement, dedication & workplace morale. Showing appreciation to the team creates a ripple effect in the workplace. An employee who feels appreciated is highly likely to show appreciation to their co-workers and other team members.
