In today’s environment, where competition between schools is very high, cleaning standards must match. Each school must boast a competitive edge; standing out and competing to produce great educational results, while at the same time ensuring students develop a great sense of self.
Parents have choices when it comes to where to send their kids, so the presentation of the school premises is an important and critical factor. Children are a vulnerable part of society and we must protect them, ensuring the environment they attend daily is safe and clean.
Just like with education, we have a program to ensure that the environment is maintained. We do the right things on campus to ensure we are providing a barrier to stop the spread of germs and promote the wellbeing of kids. A child turns up to learn at school and a teacher comes to work every day, paying no attention to the state of how clean the school is. That is, of course, unless it’s not clean. Then, it can affect them and has the potential to disrupt their harmony of why they are really there.
Hence the cleaning program and schedule is a critical piece in the learning puzzle. We utilise a school cleaning checklist to ensure our process is organised and systematic.
